Service terms

Reviewer Alerts provides item notifications through Discord for people who already have access to Walmart’s Recognized Reviewer program. It is an independent service, not a Walmart service or a way to obtain an invitation to that program.

Alerts and claiming

Alerts are informational. Detection and delivery times vary, and alerts may be delayed or unavailable. Examples on the website show past alerts and do not indicate that a product is currently claimable. Walmart determines product eligibility, inventory, claim slots, and checkout. Reviewer Alerts does not reserve items, place orders for you, guarantee a claim, or guarantee any financial value from membership.

Free and Pro access

The Free feed provides historical alerts after a 24-hour delay. Pro is an optional $30 USD monthly membership with no added intentional delay after detection, feeds across value ranges and categories, and personal item requests. Review current membership and checkout terms before purchasing. Paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and any applicable refund terms are managed through Whop and the terms shown at checkout. Joining Discord by itself does not start a paid subscription.

Your accounts

You use your own Walmart account and remain responsible for following Walmart’s program rules. You do not need to provide Reviewer Alerts with your Walmart password. Discord and Whop accounts are governed by those services’ terms.
